We are dedicated to supporting our customers and ensuring that their networks are always functioning at their peak performance. Our fully staffed Network Operations Centers (NOCs) are available 24 hours a day. They also monitor your network daily, and work to proactively anticipate any challenges it may face. No, we are not a residential internet service provider, so we are unable to provide services to homes or home offices. Our customers are large enterprises, public sector such as governments and school districts, and wholesale providers.
United Fiber & Data is neither a wireless provider nor a content provider, we are a fiber optic network provider. We build and maintain the infrastructure that works to bring connectivity to people, businesses and communities across the country — from optical wavelength services, to dark fiber solutions, to custom fiber networks. However, we can help manage relationships with wireless carriers if that is part of your solution.
United Fiber & Data’s network services are completely customizable and keep pace with the growing demand for bandwidth without having to continually install fiber over time. Our sales representative will be able to provide new service quotes at any time to enhance your needs.

United Fiber & Data offers Dark Fiber Lease agreements, Indefeasible Right of Use (IRU) agreements, Point 2 Point, and optical wavelength services from 10G to 100G.

United Fiber & Data Regan Sites are secure facilities, therefore formal request for access is required. You must complete the Regen Site Access Request Form, noting which specific site(s) you are requesting access too, give dates and times as well as contact information for the authorized site representative. 24-hour notification is required. Emergency access is available if needed.

You may submit a Support ticket request for “Need access to Regen/ILA Site” via the Support widget located on http://www.unitedfd.com. It is helpful to note your Circuit ID or Network Order number. The Regen Site Access Request Form will be emailed to you after the ticket request has been received.

Once the request is approved, you will receive a Regen Site Access Details sheet containing access codes and information for door access, cabinet racks, and padlocks if applicable.

Door Access pin codes are remotely activated for the date and times given. They are only valid 1 hour before, and 1 hour after the confirmed time.

Our dedicated team of specialists will review your application, and depending on role availability, seniority, and fit you may be contacted by our HR representative for a pre-screening phone interview. If it is determined you are a potential candidate, your process may involve:

- A phone interview with your hiring manager.
- An in-person interview. We often ask potential employees to present a case study, as it gives you a better opportunity to show us how you work, how you think, and lets you get a better sense of what the job will be like on a day-to-day basis.
