Prompt notification is key to restoring service as quickly as possible. To report an issue, you can submit a Support Ticket Request or contact our Call Center. NOC locations are able to report service issues directly to United Fiber & Data.
Simply click on the blue “Support” button on the bottom right of any www.unitedfd.com landing page. You will be asked to select your issue, picking from 3 categories – “Report an Incident, Need access to Regan/ILA Site or Billing Questions”. Once you have selected “Report an Incident”, complete the required information and hit “Send.” You may upload images or documentation if needed.
