Documentation

Phase

We offer a customer and user friendly, and efficient process workflow. We'll set up a customer portal and provide you with all necessary and supporting documentation, and training videos. The time required to implement and get you up and running is reduced greatly by our workflows, because they are intentionally crafted to minimize set-up time.

Strategy &

Planning

We'll work closely with you to develop a clear strategy upfront for how we’ll meet all your needs within well-defined parameters. We will then discuss a delivery timeline and create a project plan including the terms of scope, timing, cost, and execution.

Network

Design

We’ll review the initial network designs, conduct an on-site walkthrough, where appropriate, and we will submit any necessary permits to local regulatory bodies.

Implementation

Phase

Once network designs are finalized and approved, and all permits, if necessary and required, are in hand, we move to the implementation phase. The implementation phase includes the build, construction management, quality control, and asset integration.

Close out

Documentation

After connectivity is established and verified, systems are all updated, and services are turned over to you, we will provide you with any necessary and further documentation. This includes documents for ongoing operations, monitoring, and maintenance, as well as support information and escalation protocols.

Monitoring &

Support

We offer 24/7 monitoring and support. Once your network is up and running, we monitor the infrastructure through our Network Operation Center(NOC). Should a problem arise, our team of specialists will do everything to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
